Whilst it’s great having a World Championship winning machine, it still looks exactly the same as any other 2021 300rr TRS ! If you look closely there is the smaller AJP clutch lever assembly, FIM legal brake discs, a larger spark plug that gives the game away about the high compression head insert, barrel porting and polishing by Jack Lee sticker and there are still a few small FIM Stickers from World round scrutineering under the fuel tank and on the headstock tube, but other than that nothing that makes it stand out from more than a few metres away …
.. So I have cured that!!
It now sports much of the 2022rr graphics kit plus some extra protection for areas a bit more vulnerable to my shite riding. There are now carbon effect plastic guards on the swing arm and the silencer plus proper carbon fibre fork guards and front pipe cover. It also has a carbon fibre headlight surround, just for looks! Also I have always thought the black mudguards from the last few Gold’s look better, and it merges in with the full carbon fibre airbox assembly that is also from the Gold models.
I have fitted S3 lever adjusters, reservoir caps and carb adjusting screws as well as the red anodised oil filler plug from the 2022 rr. Also a gold coloured chain is about to go on. The red Renthal bars and pad were Toby’s and i do like the shape of them.
